This also includes branches and representative offices.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ERC must be done when establishing a new corporation in Vietnam. This reduction of ERC costs is considered to be supported by the establishment of a corporation by the Vietnamese government.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Application procedure for company registration certificate (ERC)<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When applying for an ERC, you will need to prepare the following documents:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Company registration application<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Articles of Incorporation<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">List of employees or shareholders<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">List of delegates<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy of notarized passport<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy of notarization of investment registration certificate of local corporation<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All foreign language documents must be translated into Vietnamese and approved by the Vietnamese Consulate.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exemption from company registration certificate (ERC)<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/suzuki-global.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/special-offer.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/suzuki-global.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/special-offer.jpg\" alt=\"special offer\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-196\" width=\"1280\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/suzuki-global.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/special-offer.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/suzuki-global.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/special-offer-600x300.jpg 600w, https:\/\/suzuki-global.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/special-offer-768x384.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Circular also contains examples of cases where exemptions from company registration fees are allowed.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corporate liquidation or dormancy registration<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abolition of branch office or representative office<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An organization that provides useful information to the government<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first corporation to be incorporated by a sole proprietor<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ERC price cuts improve business environment in Vietnam<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/suzuki-global.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2020-landscape-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/suzuki-global.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/hcmc-city-1.jpg\" alt=\"hcmc city\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This government action will help improve Vietnam&#039;s business and investment environment rankings, attract foreign investment and further promote Vietnam&#039;s economy.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are many challenges involved in starting a business in Vietnam. In some cases, the new rules can be time-consuming and tax-intensive, but they are not the only negative things we do this time.
